When the Volvo dealerships reflect Volvo’s brand values, it becomes an efficient sales tool. The Volvo Retail Experience (VRE ) is about focusing on the customer by creating an environment that is inviting and welcoming, but yet confident and clearly Scandinavian. The entire VRE concept is based on contrasts; open versus closed, warm versus cold. The etched glass facade creates a cool outside.

In contrast to the cool exterior, customers will find a warm and welcoming interior with a rich and vivid Living room. But still, the VRE is all about letting the cars be the stars, so surrounding the Living room is The Street; a raw, cool but yet sophisticated area that lets the cars shine.
